New to the neighborhood....

So I've finally started my own blog...I figured I might as well since I seem to get distracted by so much around me and then find myself running off to tell someone about it...maybe if I do that enough (and I'm tolerated) folks will start getting distracted by all the same little stuff that gets my attention...maybe...hopefully.  And who knows, If enough folks start doing that maybe we'll all slow down a bit and start noticing what we usually tend to overlook....maybe...we'll see.
